Description: Terms and Conditions- FAQ's eBay Standard Envelope Shipping For all standard thickness cards valued at less than $20, eBay Standard Envelope shipping services will be used unless another service is requested. The shipping charge of $0.99 will include postage, penny sleeve, top loader/card saver and PWE. USPS Ground Advantage Shipping For all thick stock cards or those valued at more than $20, USPS Ground Advantage shipping services will be used. The shipping charge of $4.00 will include postage, penny sleeve, top loader/card saver, team bag and bubble mailer. Combined Shipping I offer FREE combined shipping on all USPS Ground Advantage packages. For eBay standard envelope, each additional card is $0.25. In both cases, if multiple orders have been submitted, I will refund any extra shipping paid and combine orders according to previously mentioned guidelines.
