The signature is in Red Ink with serial numbered #1/1, in NRMT-MINT condition. Cassandra Lynn (August 15, 1979 - January 15, 2013) was an American model. She was Playboy's Playmate of the Month for February 2006. Cassandra added to her Playboy résumé in August 2006 when she posed for a Playmate Xtra as part of the Playboy Cyber Club. Lynn was found dead in her friend's L.A. home on January 15, 2014. Her friend found her floating in a bath tub. The friend then called police, reporting a possible OD.
