It is the 44c Flag definitive issue with Scott numbers 4391 to 4395. The First Class stamps are multicolored with different perforation gauges. Terrence W. McCaffrey designed the patriotic coil stamps. They were printed by Banknote Corporation of America (BCA) for Sennett Security Products (SSP), Ashton-Potter USA Ltd. (APU), and Avery Dennison. Forty four cents paid the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from May 11, 2009 until Jan 22, 2012. Three of stamps have USPS microprinting, which is indicated above with red arrows and magnified. Information about the microprinting is useful in identifying the stamps.
