The LED's simply plug right into the factory connector - no soldering, splicing, stripping, etc. This mod is no more difficult than replacing a burnt out fog light bulb and will provide a dramatic improvement in light output. No additional ballasts or wiring is required. Stock halogen bulbs produce about 3,400 lumens per set. My 55w HID Conversion kits produce about 6,400 lumens per set (more than others low powered 35w HID kits). These high powered 60w LED's produce about 12,000 lumens per set. No splicing required!
