Description: 2003 Yamaha 250 VMAX HPDI powerhead removed from a good running engine we decided to part out. Had roughly 500 hours on motor. Perfect 120 compression even on all cylinders. Came off of a mostly freshwater motor, everything pictured will remain on the powerhead and is included in sale. VST, ECM, injector drivers, and coils have been removed.
