2002-2008 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 Cummins Frame Rail Rust Repair Rear Section

Description: 2002-2008 3rd gen Dodge Ram Frame repair for rusted out frames. This is the rear back half section behind axle that commonly rust out and leave your frame unrepairable. There are no other options out there. I finally decided to break out fusion 360 and create a solution. Attached in the pictures are my own truck and how these panels fit. Made of 3/16" mild steel. And cut on a plasma table to precise measurements. They will be shipped flat to you with instructions easily explaining what needs to be done with pictures included. If you bend the ears one way, it will be for driver side, if you bend them opposite it will be for passenger side. They are mirror image. You will need to grind your frame minimally to get the best fit possible. When you bend them correctly they will slide up and stay by themselves for you or your welder to install. WELDING KNOWLEDGE AND WELDER NEEDED FOR THIS JOB. Seems obvious but it needs to be said. Please follow the instructions properly and it will come out awesome. I am available to get custom length pieces cut out. I HAVE ONLY VERIFIED FITMENT ON A CREW CAB SHORT BED 2500 CUMMINS. Willing to work out a deal for someone with a long bed/ or single cab etc to verify fitment for your body trim as well so i can list them to fit 100%. All pieces designed on fusion 360 and have gone through multiple revisions to be perfect, and then they were cut on a plasma table for precise cuts. This will fit perfectly on a crew cab short bed. Again, please message if you have a different trim and would like to give it a try. I have plenty in stock on the shelf right now but i will add extras on the quantity and will be made to order once i finish my stock in house.
