This figure was sent for professional grading by AFA (cgagrading.com), and received a very desirable high grade of 85Y-NM+ out of a possible 100 from the professionals at AFA (Subgrades: Card 85 - Blister 85 - Figure 90). This ABOVE THE LAW - NICO TOSCANI mint on card figure is sealed in a high quality clear acrylic plastic casing which is completely flawless (NO cracks), and will NOT move or separate inside due to aging glue and/or loose holding tabs and dividers. This ABOVE THE LAW - NICO TOSCANI also received an additional "Y" grade to the overall submission of this figure.... meaning that when there is any evidence that the plastic blister (figure bubble) shows signs of "yellowing" or "tinting" it will be indicated on the grading label as a "Y".
