This is an outer shell, hard cover with Toyota name printed, portion that wraps around tire is soft. In good used condition with normal wear and tear which may include scratches or smudges from use. Inside cover has tear from age, does not go all the way through to front/top cover, I believe it is just the black plastic coating. See pictures for exactly what you are receiving. Please note all shipping services charge not only by weight but by size of box, due to this, shipping is more expensive as the box is extra-large!
