Description: Each order comes with 20 asterina starfish. These asterina starfish are benign and are beneficial to a marine system, as they are opportunistic feeders, grazing on algae-encrusted hard surfaces. They are a great asset to a tank, helping to remove detritus and cleaning rocks and glass. They are also great food for harlequin shrimps. These stars come from a pest free tank with no new additions for 11+ months. Shipments go out Monday-Wednesday. These will not be shipped if the temperatures are below 45F or above 85F. The animals must be brought inside and acclimated to your tank immediately upon delivery. In the case of a DOA, a clear 30 second video of the animals in the original, sealed bag must be sent within two hours of the first delivery attempt or the DOA guarantee is void. If the bag is open, the DOA is void. I am not responsible for any delays by the shipping carriers. In the case of a DOA, I will send a replacement. Customer is responsible for replacement shipping costs.
