The second plate has a hairline crack on Arkansas front and back. It also has a small chip at Oklahoma that is bigger on the back. Both have a small fleck in the black trim around the train. See photos to make your own assessment as to condition. I purchased these at an estate auction in southern Illinois. Plate is 10.5 inches in diameter.
