Description: 2 VINTAGE SHEFFIELD SILVERPLATE PEDESTALS These two pedestals were made from the original Sheffield Dies that were used during 1785-1860. They are both marked with a image of a "Bell" and the words "Bell Mark" and marked "From Original Old Sheffield Dies Dating 1875-1860". Measure: 14" tall and 5 1/2" wide Looking at the images you will see that they both come apart (where a bowl would be inserted) at two points each. It looks as though one has been modified. I am not sure which one is original. All pieces screw on and off with ease. Both pieces have silverplate loss and pitting. Please see images, I have taken close ups. Image of bowl is only to show how it was used. Bowl is NOT included. There should be another bowl on top of the other one but I did not have one to stage a photo. :) It is not required to have 2 bowls for looks or use because the pedestal pieces fit nicely together.
