Description: This is a pair of two vintage hand drawn sketches of buildings in Carnard, Nova Scotia. Both amateur/primitive drawings are what appears to be a mix of pencil, colored pencils, crayons, and perhaps paint. Both are signed "E Borden" (Estelle Borden.) Drawn on simple thick paper or lightweight cardboard that is unevenly cut. Both measure approximately 5" wide x 4" wide. First sketch is "The Homestead Canard NS" and the second is "School House at Canard NS." These are lovely in their simplicity. Look like sketched on whatever materal was handy at the time but pretty. No odor, folds, or tears. As shown. Thanks for looking. Now for the fine print…… I use the good old USPS for all shipping. Despite their recent increase in shipping rates, I try to charge fair shipping. On certain items I charge a $1.00 handling fee to offset the price of bubble wrap, boxes, Styrofoam peanuts, etc. I’m very happy to combine shipping on multiple items that you purchase. I ship every day; Monday through Friday (except for snow and ice events) but do not ship on Saturdays.
