Description: two (2) GATES Solid Statesman audio limiters Broadcast workhorses throughout the 1970s, these were commissioned in 1977 by WHLD Danbury, CT, as evidenced by the company labeling - perhaps they purchased them used from another engineering or broadcast firm. One out of two has its protective control cover - most of those small cover panels seem to be long gone these days. That unit also needs its front fascia panel glued back on - note the painter's tape. No guarantee on the lamps on these; in our experience you usually need to replace at least one. Sold as a pair!
