Description: This listing is for two Ashanti style brass figures. The two figurines are of a musician and a man holding a stick and ball. The figurines measures approximately 2 -1/4" tall and 3/4" wide. The Ashanti style figures have been made by tribal indigenous people from Ghana. The figures are used as weights to measure things in daily life. The figurines have a unique shape and design that utilizes a wax method that allows detailing of features to elicit unique expression in each figurine. These small figurines would be great for use as a paperweight or to enhance any personal collection of metal figurines. ____________________________________Please view the pictures/scans.
