These bulbs are intended for a 6-volt DC system but can range from 6-volt to 32-volt DC. They have a high-low function (dual function / double contact) and round flange (see last picture). These bulbs fit directly into your headlight and plug into your harness. They are brighter, last longer, use less watts (but are 10x brighter per watt), and will not melt your lens if kept on too long. They do not get nearly as hot as a conventional bulb. They are a non-polarity bulb so you just plug them in. It's as easy as changing a light bulb. These bulbs are custom made with a front projection lens, the beam angle is 360 degrees, it has a super strong body and a steel base. They are one of the brightest bulbs in their class; brighter than a standard bulb! However, it is the front projections that makes them so effective. They're just engineered better than other bulbs.
