I'm afraid the gold-tone shiny locks are decorative only but they are included with this sale. The large 26" suitcase is on wheels and has a telescoping handle. The smaller bag can be stored and shipped inside the large case. This set is gorgeous with very few blemishes (minor) and will make a great set for someone who appreciates vintage luggage!
