This is a new pair of your standard size 4" x 4" 3/8" thick aluminum permanent mounting plates manufactured by S.J.K. Rod Mounts. These premium plates are machined on a Haas Machining Center for superior accuracy. They come with 8 1/4" -20 stainless steel thumb screws. These mounting plates fit Big Jon's holders.
