The 94% Rigid Closed-Cell Foam helps prevent water and moisture absorption and once cured, it won't be affected by solvents, oil or gas. The expanding foam is easy to mix and handle, with a 1:1 Mix Ratio, 2-part liquid resin component system and that produces foam when mixed together. Starts foaming after 45 seconds of mixing, and 7 minutes to full expansion. Build multiple layers by pouring the mix in separate batches to form strong bonds between layers. It can be cut to any desired shape or be coated with polyester, epoxy, or vinyl ester resins. Pour Foam is a polyurethane, fire retarded, rigid foam system that is designed to meet a variety of requirements without sacrificing product quality. It is waterproof and will have a buoyancy of approximately 180 pounds per cubic foot, and a density of 2.0 lbs/ft3.
