Description: Here is the second of two French copper sugar melting saucepans that I brought back from Paris this fall. It is the smaller one and is hammered only on the spout. A heavy pot — 3mm thick and just under 2 lbs. Unlined, as it is used in candy making or sugar based cooking, jams, caramel, chocolate. It is stamped “MADE IN FRANCE." (see photo). In good vintage condition. Bought in Paris. Some scattered black spots near the stamping (see first photo). Will come off with patient scrubbing. I just ran out of elbow grease while polishing this piece. Three heavy copper rivets attach the long, seamed handle. Measures 4 7/8” in diameter, 2 3/4” tall, and 9 7/8” long with handle. Happy to answer questions or send more pictures. If there are any problems, please let me know and I will do my best to make things right. _gsrx_vers_1608 (GS 9.5 (1608))
