Chainz revealed that he actually recorded his new album with the intention of giving listeners a personalized experience. "Every time somebody wants to have some 'me time' or whatever, this is the type of vibe, this is the type of project [to listen to]. I'm putting together different sounds to make people be like, 'This is about me. Me and my people, this is our time.'" he said. On "Feds Watching," the lead single with Pharrell, Tity Boi expressed that the single was a much-needed experiment. "It just felt like it was something different, it felt like it was something that needed to happen," he said confidently. "For me it was about of course staying comfortable but trying new stuff, and that's what I did rocking with Pharrell."
