Description: Pair of Antique Ethiopian Phenolic Resin Amber Bead, beautiful custard orange yellow color in a nearly perfect round shape. These beads are approximately from the earlier 20th century, around the 1940s with some wear and grime apparent, including tiny burn or pock marks. These beads are approximately 22 mm in diameter has developed a lovely soft patina. Beads of this type were originally made mostly in England and Germany, then traded to West Africa. This bead in particular was traded into Ethiopia. Weight for both is 14 g. No filters were used for the photos. Difference in coloration is due to variations in natural lighting to show how the beads look in different settings. Thank you!
