"Royal Purple" is a medium viscosity (2000cps rating) CA which is really terrific for model construction, because the color allows the craftsman to SEE and control exactly where the CA is on the workpiece. The medium viscosity is a great "general purpose" formula, it dries fairly quickly and is great for repairs. The activator spray will set the glue (allow a few hours for complete cure). You can use the activator to "pre-treat" an item before gluing (spray one side, apply glue to the other), or you can spritz your work after applying the glue. The activator will not damage plastic or painted and finished surfaces. All the CA-Plus Adhesives CA glues are triple-distilled for the highest possible quality and are "mil-spec" - originally offered for industrial use, these products are now available for the hobby market.
