This type of glazed majolica was made starting in mid-19th century (1850-1900's). The basket is 3-3/8" tall (not including handle), 7" in diameter, and has a handle. Rose and leaves design are on one side only. This basket is pre-owned and in good antique-age condition - no cracks or crazing that I can see. Parts of the rose petal and leaves have been broken.
