The material in this fabulousbook is a combination of photographs, catalog illustrations, and where available, a patent drawing of the lure. The major companies are arranged in a loose chronological order determined by the date of their first patent. The information in the book will help readers better understand the beginnings of the lure industry and give readers a better appreciation of the craftsmanship and beauty found in these old lures.
