Description: Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a beautiful 19th Century French Palais Royale Grand Tour white opaque glass souvenir scent bottle with Eglomise decorated top. Measures 2 1/4" high with a top diameter of 7/8" and the base diameter of 1 1/4". This lovely scent bottle was a souvenir from Paris originally purchased during the Grand Tour European travel era. Made of white opaque glass, the bottle is decorated with a wide pierced openwork design in brass around the shoulder area. The top has a fancy decorated brass frame with Eglomise decoration with a French historical building. The hinge is tight and the lid opens and closes freely. The glass body and brass decoration are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The interior stopper is missing.
