Description: Up for auction is a 19th century Edme Samson hand painted enamel trinket box. It measures 2 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1 1/8". The box features a hunting scene, horse riders, animals. It is marked inside the hinged lid. The box is in generally very good condition with some small chips and cracks consistent with age. Looks like the chips were touched up with white enamel.
