It is in fine working order. The head is a little loose woobbles a little bit - that is how the come from the factory. (Neck seems to be a pinch small) It does come with the original Cardbacker. This figure is a little harder to get now - for anyone missing it in their collection - I'm sure you can just throw another suit on him.
