It has some minor cosmetic wear throughout but is generally in pretty good shape and sounds awesome for something in it's price range. It is strung up with Piastro Obligato strings and comes with Ebony appointments, two bows (Brazilwood) and a chin rest. This could be an excellent middle of the road violin for any serious students or performers looking for something well built without costing an arm and a leg.
