Description: 1997 "Evening Sophisticate" BARBIE DOLL, CLASSIQUE Collection, Collector Edition VINTAGE New + 38 page Mattel Catalog featuring this doll. Information from the Seller I am the original owner of this 1997 Barbie Doll, Mattel #19361, which was purchased at the toy store, FAO Schwarz in San Francisco for $60. The store displayed it and so it was removed from the box and there is scotch tape on the top of the box (see closeups). I did not display her myself, she and her clothes have never been played with, and my home is pet and smoke free. The doll and clothes are in excellent condition. The outer box is in very good condition with small creases on the front and around edges, and scotch tape on top. The box measures about 10" x 13.5". Contents include: doll approx 11.5" tall, 2-piece gown with satin bolero jacket, jewelry, sheer sparking pink tights, shoes, doll stand, reply card, and certificate of authenticity taped to the interior. This Barbie has blonde hair, blue eyes and is a very beautiful doll with a pretty face. The price is for the clothing set as much as the doll. I am also including a 1998 Barbie catalog (38 pages) which features this doll. Catalog has a fold crease in the center. I accept returns. This formal evening fashion ensemble is designed by Robert Best. Barbie makes her entrance wearing a two piece gown made of satin in mint and pink, with the bodice accented with just a touch of golden trim. The skirt is accented with three rhinestones in front, while gathered at the other and with a deep slit to one side. Her bolero style coat has a big ruffled collar and is also accented with three rhinestones. A pair of pink shimmering sheer hose and a pair of pink closed toe shoes complete the ensemble. The top, skirt, and jacket are double lined. You will be very impressed with this ensemble! Fits beautifully on Silkstone Barbie!
