Description: You are bidding on a set of 5 Native Art pins created for the XV Commonwealth Games in Victoria British Columbia for 1994. Echoing the Spirit is the theme. Each pin is about 1" x 1 1/2" in size and are very nicely detailed. These pins were to welcome the world to the games from the First Nations of Vancouver Island including the Coast Salish, Nuuchah-nulth and Kwagiulth. The artists for the pins includes Ed Joe for Four Feathers, Susan A. Point for Whale and Dancers, Joe Wilson for Wolf Moon, Padjasame for Orca and Doug Lafortune for the Bear and Salmon pin. Very distinctive set in a cedar display box. Check pictures carefully.
