The cards do not lay flat. No returns, and no refunds or partial refunds will be granted. No swapping returned items with different or reproduction or modern re-issue items will be tolerated. A 25% restocking fee will be withheld if an eBay mediated refund is implemented. The condition of returned item must match exactly the condition as pictured in the listing.
