Description: Crisp card, Decently centered all around. Refractor line on bottom 1/3 of card. A like edge wear on top border . Otherwise crisp, and beautiful with sharp corners and nice refractor surface. Calling it Nm or better to be conservative. Hoarded for 25 years and just not seeing the light of day. This listing is for the 1993 Topps Finest Refractor shown in the photos and in the title. Each card is incredibly fresh and came from a collector who has been hoarding refractors since they came out in 1993. Many of the cards still had a sealed Teletrade sticker across the top of the top loader! Very cool bit of nostalgia: super fresh cards with a pack-fresh shine. Generally all will at least be in NM-MT condition or better, some will have a faint refractor line as is common with the issue, but generally scratch free untouched surfaces as many of these were pack to holder, and to this end collector who never touched them in 20+ years.
