Description: This is a 'Buy it Now' for an official 1992 Royal Mint Proof Set of coins issued for the Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The set contains the scarce duel-dated 1992-93 EEC 50p coin, which was issued to celebrate the UK's Presidency of the Council of Europe. This is also the only time to date a duel-dated coin has been issued in the UK, and it was also issued in the 1992 and the 1993 Royal Mint Brilliant UNC Year Sets. The set contains all the coins issued in 1992 which includes the £1 coin with the English design, the Tudor Rose 20p coin, the old larger design 10p and 50p plus the duel-dated EEC 50p. Also included is the new smaller design 10p and 5p coins, not forgetting the Twopence and One Penny issued for the last time in full Bronze - Nine coins in total. The coins are all protected in a plastic case which fits into the Royal Mint blue leatherette case of issue along with the certificate of authenticity. Also included is the original outer white protective card box, so a nice complete example with all the packaging as issued. Everything is in excellent condition.
