Description: You are purchasing a 1992 The Dock Street Theatre Charleston S.C. from Shelia's. This is a wood decoration. It measures 6 inches tall by 5 1/2 inches long by 1 1/4 inches deep. It is in good condition, but needs a good cleaning. I wiped it off, but didn't do a deep cleaning as I didn't want to do anything that might damage it. There is a couple of tiny spots of paint loss. On the back of the building is a description of the building. A nice addition to any collection. I will ship all the houses in a sturdy box, not an envelope to insure safe shipping. I have more Shelia's collectibles I will be listing and will gladly combine shipping.
