I also have a lot of needlework and quilting items to list from two estates plus my own stash! As a lover of needlework, I have often been offered a look at estates that included quilting materials. I’ve passed on most of those items, as I am just not a quilter. In 2023, I started pick up some of the more desirable vintage and retired fabrics and kits to offer to my customers. I have vintage batiks, retired Moda fabrics, lots of retired “specialty designs” by desirable designers (Southwestern designs, Native/Tribal designs, Licensed properties, etc.), and some groups of unidentified fabrics from quilt shops that would make any quilter smile! Even if you don’t quilt, these are great for needleworkers to use as backing materials for ornaments or tiny framed quilts featuring their needlework! As with most vintage and retired items, these are not typically priced at the “quilt shop” pricing. I do not bring home all the material I find; I curate only the best pieces for my customer.
