Figure has areas of dirt/possible stains (needs to be thoroughly cleaned). Decals are beginning to peel. Coloring is in good condition with no noticeable rust. Joints are stiff due to lack of play, but moves freely. File card has minor damage. Dirt/grime inside joints that needs cleaning. Paint scuffs and other minor blemishes.
