Description: 1985 Garbage Pail Kids Card, Electric Bill, 1st Series 4b This is a 1985, 1st series, Garbage Pails Kids collectible card. This card is in mint condition. It was taken out of an unopened pack. Once removed from the pack, I took the pictures of the card and put it in the protective hard case. There are no creases or bent corners. This is for the exact card in the pictures. The card measures approx. 2.5"x3.5". The picture is off center because of a die cut error from the manufacturer. The card comes in the hard case that is shown in the pictures.This card has not been graded but if it was, it should be a PSA 9 to PSA 10. That is my personal opinion based on the description of the gradings on PSA's website. I will not have these cards graded because I have a lot of them and it costs quite a bit to have all of them graded. All cards will be shipped with insurance for the price it was sold at.If you have any questions or want more pictures of the card please let me know before purchasing it. All sales are final and there are no returns on these. I have a lot of these cards in mint condition from the 4th and 5th series and several from the 2nd and 3rd series.
