A large trailer dump truck loaded with trash overturned Tuesday afternoon in a residential neighborhood of Terrytown in the 400 block of Belle Meade Blvd. Members of the Terrytown Volunteer Fire Department stand by because diesel oil was spilled from the trucks tanks creating a fire hazard. The driver of the truck, Hammond Johnson, 56, standing looking at his truck, at right, was given a citation by Jefferson Parish Sheriffs Deputy Ray Bedwell, for failure to maintain control of his vehicle. The truck is owned by Browning and Ferris Industries. Photo measures 10 x 8inches. Photo is dated 10-19-1983.
