Description: 1983-84 Star Bob Lanier/Marques Johnson ERROR card # 44, this ERROR card has the picture of Bob Lanier but Marques Johnson name on the front and back of the card. This error card is the most famous known Star Company error card AND THE RAREST STAR CARD that was printed erroneously. Only a handful were accidentally released before Star caught the error with majority of them destroyed. Card condition is EX+ (please check pics for your own grade opinion). **This error Bob Lanier card is NOT the subset 1985 Star Arena Bucks Bob Lanier card #C6 with green border which was printed for release (about 1,500 sets) but around 500 of the Lanier cards were already inserted into factory sealed sets before being pulled, so roughly 1/3rd of the Arena Bucks seal sets had the Lanier card in them. Those remaining 1,000 cards were just kept back then and sold in stacks of 25-50 cards through the "backdoor"!!!!
