It is a bubble mailer with first class tracking and is much more reliable. Packaging - I use a higher quality envelope and appropriate protection depending on the number of cards. Condition - We check the general condition of the card when listing and again prior to shipping. We do not grade cards, but we do give our reflection on the grade based on the eBay standards. I began collecting cards in 1986 (back when a wax pack was just 35 cents!) and it has been a passion of mine throughout my life.
