Description: Note: Please study the images carefully to determine the condition of this vintage photograph, as it may not be in perfect condition. It may contain wrinkles, cracks, and possibly even tears due to its age and how it was handled before it got to us. A scanner may interpret colors and contrast differently than human eyes will, so it is possible that the actual photograph may be slightly darker or lighter in person. House at 1912 St. Charles Avenue, built in the mid-1800s, has been placed on the market for $250,000, Monroe H. Scherzer of commercial-investment department of Wagner & Truax Company Incorporated announced. The building contains approximately 9,300 square feet within the three-story front house and the contiguous two-story "slave quarter." Scherzer says the building is sound structurally, and that all exterior areas have been scraped, primed, painted and caulked. The inside is in the process of having all halls and 23 rooms renovated. The building retains some of its original millwork, fireplaces, some of which are marble, and a number of ceiling medallions. It is now being used as a rooming house. Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches. Photo is dated 02-04-1980. PHOTO FRONT PHOTO BACK Historic Images Part Number: noc40389 Sell Smarter with Kyozou.Inventory and Ecommerce Management
