Description: Very cute old bacon press or steak press from 1978. In very good condition! Just some tips: Don't use a scouring pad or anything that will scratch the surface. Don't use detergent like Dawn on it. Keep it lightly oiled with lard or flaxseed or mineral oil. If you have something stuck on your bacon press, pour kosher salt on it and rub it with a kitchen towel until the food comes off. You can use this for....BACON! Keeps it nice and flat instead of curling up. Use it for making a panini sandwich. If you use it on the grill, preheat the press along with the grill so that way you can put it on top of your meat and it will cook faster.
