This truck was owned by Delta Scales in Charlotte, NC and was its scale testing truck. It was used exclusively to haul testing weights used to certify heavy truck scales. Its custom bed is designed for that sole purpose. The truck was retired in 2012 and purchased by its sole company driver. He drove it around his farm occasionally to keep it limber.
