There are creases where it has been folded, but these should be temporary. It will be shipped folded. It measures 41 inches tall, 23 inches across, and 4 inches deep. The zipper works fine. Coat hanger is not included. There are no markings so I do not know the maker or origin. I could not find another one like it for sale so it could be rare.
