1976 - 1979 Fender Telecaster

Description: I purchased this guitar several years ago . It was listed on eBay as a 1979 . The seller had replaced the pickguard and control plate . I do NOT have the original pick guard or control plate . When looking up the serial number , it turns out the guitar was made between 1977 and 1978. At least the neck was … so I’ve stated this guitar would be 1977-1979. I’ve pictured all of the dings and dents that stood out . It seems the guitar has been repainted black , in picture , you can see what looks to be yellow underneath . Perhaps natural ? The neck has a few dings , but it does NOT affect the playability , as I’ve played this guitar on my gigs for several years . The pick ups , I’m not sure , they might be original . I’ve also pictured the screw used to fasten the guitar strap button on the bottom of the guitar . Being as transparent as possible . The guitar plays excellent and sounds great , as of today , 2/15/24. Im selling to move a few guitars out of the house , and this one has got to go! I’m also selling this with a fender hard case .
