Description: 1970's USAF Museum Postcard of German Focke-Wulf FW 190D-9 "Long-nosed Dora" This came from the un-numbered series of postcards which came out in the early 1970's, (the latest dates we have seen on un-numbered postcards are 1974 and 1975), and all but three of the ones we have seen have the line "Color by Color Separations" under the "Pub. by Mastercraft" line. The later series from around 1980 are numbered and have exclusively the "Separations By Printing Preparations" as the second vertical line. Also of some interest is that all of the un-numbered series which were taken outside show only two hangars and none of the improvements made after 1971. I'm sure that there is an aviation history expert that will set me straight and I apologize for my ignorance. Condition is near-mint, and size is standard 3 1/2"x 5 1/2".
