Description: 1974 Vintage Bucilla RING of SANTAS Red Felt Christmas Tree Skirt #1873 Wonderful, handmade, felt, Christmas tree skirt! Five, puffy, Santa heads are adorned with felt applique features and sequins. Green sequined "ribbon" and bells run over and between the Santas. Hem is scalloped and adorned with white pom pom trim. Skirt appears to be in good condition with some small, scattered stains. I have not tried to clean them. I would say that the biggest flaw on this awesome skirt is red dye transfer on a couple of the Santas, and also along a portion of the white pom pom trim. This could be placed to the back of the tree where no one would see it, but honestly, I didn't even notice it at first glance. When I had first contemplated on keeping this for myself, I thought about removing the portion of pom pom trim, soaking it in some Oxyclean to remove the dye, and then reattaching it to the skirt. But...well...that never happened, so now I am passing it on to a new owner and letting them decide what they want to do, if anything, to preserve this lovely piece. It has no backing fabric. Skirt has a 19" radius and about a 38" diameter. Non-smoking but pet-friendly home. Please study the photos carefully and ask any questions! (Box AA)
