ITEM: Cadillac Chrome Door Strap Retainer End - SOLD INDIVIDUALLY (#1, #5 have been sold) DESCRIPTION: VERY GOOD Condition overall, my assigned grade of "VGC". I have only 7 of in stock for people who need a premium repair part for your Door Pull Straps. These are fully complete and not broken in any manner. You can use them per original (screw from backside into strap to secure). Or. with a few ounces of ingenuity - along with a slender bolt & washer -- you can secure your strap through them and bolt the assembly to the door panel. That's a different and stronger approach than original but original wasn't all that great. They surely won't break when doing it that way. These 50 YEAR OLD Retainer Ends will all have the following in common:-Mounting Pin on rear side (they can break off but these are not).-No common stress or pressure cracks in the base or the visible body-Very Shiny Chrome with little chrome pitting (see pics of all sides) or normal usage marks/nicks.-Light wear and tear across 5 decades.
