Description: Item Description: This TV Guide is in gorgeous condition, with very nice eye appeal, no label, and has been assigned a NEAR MINT grade of 7 on a 1-10 scale by GAI (see my other notes about GAI). As I look closely, under a bright light, on the front I really cannot find any flaws to note other than two very light print lines that runs horizontally across Susan and David’s shoulder area. The corners and edges are “like-new” sharp. The two staples are rusty and the binding looks nice and tight. The back looks nice and clean with only very minimal scuffing and edge/corner wear visible. The provided images should clearly show the noted very minor imperfections. Since it is encapsulated, I do not know what regional edition this is. Notwithstanding the noted technical flaws, the TV Guide looks fantastic and is a super cool collectible of this iconic American musical sitcom with all characters and band members shown prominently. It has great color and gloss, and you would be hard pressed to find a finer example condition wise. A Note on Image Quality: Please know, for graded TV Guides, it is very hard to get perfectly clear images given the plastic encapsulation that surrounds all edges of the TV Guide. At times. there may appear to be a shadow or a “rippling” from the plastic holder. I tried to provide many images to help you ascertain the detailed quality of the TV Guide, and above I have provided the details on the condition. I have many of my magazines graded through CGC but I have some listed that are ungraded too. For TV Guide’s, most are graded by Global Authentication Inc. (GAI), which was a grading firm for various collectibles from about 2000-2009. They graded on a 1-10 scale with half-point incremental grades (e.g., 8.5, 7.5, etc.) like the other authentication firms that operate today in the sports collectibles hobby.
