Discussing restoration plans of the old Ursuline Convent, 1114 Chartres Street, Saturday, following a check presentation to the Crescent City Convent Corporation from the women's committee of the Sesquicentennial of the Battle of New Orleans are (from left) the Reverend Vincent Liberto, O.M.I., pastor of St. Mary's Italian Church and a resident of the old building which also serves as a rectory for the priest; Mrs. Martha G. Robinson, vice-chairman of the women's committee of the Sesquicentennial of the Battle of New Orleans, and Gibbons Burke, president of the Crescent City Convent Corporation who accepted a check from Mrs. Robinson for $3,627.98 on behalf of the sesquicentennial women's committee.
